Apartment Hunting Is Hard
For the past couple of days, I've been constantly searching for a new apartment to move into come July.
My job starts in early July, so I need a place to be ready for me by then.
Fortunately, I've been able to temporarily secure a studio in the place I lived last summer. I really liked the location (under a 30 minute commute to and from my job, a huge wholesale store next door, a food and entertainment complex nearby, and quick access to the 405).
The drawback to this particular studio is that I can't move in till early August, leaving me without a place for about a month once my job starts.
I'm still working on alternative places to rent, particularly in apartment complexes in the same general location as the one where I currently have a space reserved right now.
I got a couple more weeks before I make my final move...I'm sure something will open up.
In other news, I'm shooting to write on here and film everyday on Instagram. Just small stuff, nothing big. I want to get in the habit of creating content daily. Once I get a good rhythm going, I'll focus on increasing the quality while still creating every day. By the time I start working my full-time job, I'll be mentally prepared to push myself after hours to still work on content everyday. More on this soon.
