Bringing Daily Exercise Back Into My Life
Being fit used to be a natural part of my life before college. I was a two-sport athlete in high school. Played soccer in the fall, ran track in the spring.
Exercising daily came effortlessly to me when I was younger. I don't mean that exercises themselves were easy (they were quite hard, something I definitely couldn't do now), but the will to exercise was there in me.
Now, it's not anymore. It takes a lot of effort or willpower to get myself to the gym to exercise and workout my body.
And to think, when I was still in high school, I was telling myself "I cannot imagine the life with playing sports."
Look at me now, younger me! This is life without exercise and sport!
I don't like it. So I'm making exercise a priority in life, especially when I move out to California.
I plan to start a series called "The Road to Swole" come my first weekend in Cali. Moving presents itself with the opportunity to set a new, healthy routine with exercising and eating well as the foundation.
This is what I want to look like in a year's time:

Time to make it happen!
