Day 1: Starting Point
Got roughly 8 hours of sleep.
Worked out this morning. Only 5 minutes of cardio.
It's a start.
Down to 162.2 lbs. 7.2 lbs to go. May not be eating enough, will have to change that.
Work is good, I'm finally reaching out to the key people I need to.
Saw 1917 tonight. Was a good, not great movie.
Day 2 tomorrow!
