Day 109: Losing Weight Again

When I came back home, I was at 155 pounds - my target weight. (You could assume I was at, or nearly 10% body fat, a key goal as well.)


Now I'm at 174 lbs. It's hard to turn down home-cooked meals!


So the bad thing is that I have 19 pounds to lose. The good thing is I know exactly how to do it because I've done it before!


The simplest way is just to eat less. And when you do eat, make sure it's healthy and full of protein.


My goal is to lose these 19 pounds by the end of April. Get me back to 155. By that time, I'll be fully vaccinated, and hopefully start going to the gym again, where then the goal will be able to put on 10 pounds of muscle (even harder).


Time to make it happen!
