Day 12: Getting Back on Track
I had an amazing routine going up until Sunday evening, which bled into today, Monday morning.
I was sleeping well for a little over a week, I was writing in my personal notebook before even touching my phone. I was hitting the apartment gym every morning to do cardio.
Then it all came undone after a late Saturday night out on the town. I came into Sunday lacking the right mentality.
Being honest with myself here, I'm avoiding any events that last after 10 P.M. I have to be in bed and I need to stick with my routine for the remainder of this month.
When I stuck to my routine those ten days, I feel great in every sense of the word: physically, emotionally, and mentally. Everything was back in order.
I won't deviate from the routine again until its second nature to me for the rest of this month.
