Day 185: The New, Positive Habits I'm Trying To Form
Picking up where I left off yesterday, I'm trying to set up good habits before I leave home once again.
Here a short (but not exhaustive) list of them:
Write in my notebook at least once a day
Stretch every morning and night before bed
Going for a walk every day (weather permitting)
There's a couple more, but those are a bit too personal to share on the blog. This is all really simple stuff, but I'm just trying to get the basics right. Lame I know.
We all got to start from somewhere!
On a side note - I'm graduating from my two-year rotation program today! Hooray!
