Day 194: Back In The Gym
I went back to the gym today after skipping a couple of days due to my injured right arm.
Completed 5x5 sets of Squats, Bench Presses, and Barbell Rows. I did great on the first two and struggled with the last sets of barbell rows.
It's much easier to push than pull. Overall, it was a great workout.
Unfortunately, I took a rather big step back personally (won't get into details) today. It sucks and I should know better, but I'm going to bounce back by stick with the gym and working on F2F every day.
This is a quiet summer, I tell myself. I'm focused on building the right habits and work ethic and enjoying time with the family.
