Day 196: ECFP Is Finished, Time To Move On!

I just had my last rotational program meeting today. I am done.

My two-year rotational program has finished. I achieved a lot of great things with the program and I am proud of my performance overall, especially with the challenges I have faced.

Speaking of challenges, I never realized that my biggest one would be ECFP management itself. I adjusted and overcome, but I realize if I had management on my side, I could have gotten even more out of the rotational program.

But that's okay. What's done is done. The biggest lesson I've realized is what an executive told me on day one:

You are responsible for managing your own career.

I didn't know what that truly meant until now after completing ECFP.

I am solely responsible for managing my career.
