Day 2: Building Confidence
Today started off on the wrong foot. I woke up on the wrong side of the bed and just felt like doing nothing.
But I got a lot done. Been studying a ton of System Design lately, and it's all starting to make sense. Figuring out whether your use cases are read-heavy/write-heavy strongly directs what backend system you should build. More importantly, it's critical that you understand whether consistency or availability is your determining factor for your database selection.
I could go on, but learning this new stuff is helping me build confidence in myself again. I know that sounds weird, but it's the truth.
One other major confidence booster was having Y Combinator do this today:

After all these years, YC's Twitter account has finally retweeted one of my F2F Case Studies for the first time!
It's a small, but meaningful sign that I'm on the right track with F2F. I just got to keep working and keep building my confidence.
