Day 2: Learning How To Say "No"
Exercised this morning. 10-minute cardio run.
I felt good.
Weight: 161.2 lbs. 6.1 pounds to go.
I'm losing weight fast. I'm a bit worried I'm losing muscle as well, so I'll increase my protein intake.
Bought some beef jerky. Good high protein snack. Salty though.
I have one more Forbes story to write this month (maybe, got a last-minute request from a special person).
I need to say no more often to writing stories that don't fit my criteria anymore. I'm really tired of spending my weekends writing.
Of course, there are the consequences of missing out on a great story to write Forbes, but I'm fine with that if it helps me build my mailing list faster.
That's what I have to focus on - building the mailing list.
