Day 211: Got Back Into The Gym
I went back to the gym yesterday.
Working out felt both good and bad.
Good because I'm back doing an activity that's going to keep me fit and healthy.
Bad because I had to deload about 20% for Squats, Bench Press, and Barbell Rows since I was away from the gym for over a week and a half.
I never want to miss a day in the gym again because I'm too lazy to go like I was over the past couple of days. (Unfortunately, I have a trip to Florida next week so that will get in the way for five days.)
I have more to share on fitness tomorrow since I've been doing a lot of research into what kind of body I'm trying to build.
Just like daily vlogging and blogging, I want to make daily fitness a core habit of my life too.
