Day 212: Did I Injure Myself?
I was able to hit the gym last night before it closed. Got in my workouts of Squats, Overhead Presses, and Deadlifts.
Unfortunately, shortly after I woke up, I started feeling some lower back pain. I'm thinking I may have tweaked something there due to not stretching in the morning. Either that or my form was poor yesterday when doing the 5x5 squats (the most likely case).
I'm going to take today off, and see how I feel tomorrow morning. I'll make sure to stretch before going to work out again and take the actual lifts slow while maintaining actual form.
