Day 23: Customer Research Takes A Long Time
Customer research is slow and rather tedious. I thought it would be faster.
I was on a walk earlier today thinking about what about how the Case Study v4 questions would come along. I need to gain more clarity from potential customers based on feedback about the length and frequency of the posts.
A good chunk of me wants to make the Case Study questions shorter and publish more often to give more value to my readers. The current arrangement may not be enough for them.
This is probably the first time in two years that I'm running the newsletter that I'm considering a major redesign to the Case Study.
Hopefully, it's for the best.
