Day #25: "Grad School Mode" Is Over
Over the past couple of months, I've complained that I've been stuck in "grad school mode" since leaving MIT.
That is now over. I am in a new stage of life, and I want to adjust my daily routine to reflect that.
Just like I've started vlogging and blogging every day, I am also doing the following:
Hitting the gym 3x a day (until weight lifts get heavy, then I'll do just 2x a day with calisthenics to alternative with weightlifting).
Learning how to code every single day after work
Working on Founder to Founder every day
I've learned one thing - your daily routine consists of inertia and momentum. The best habits create a daily routine with momentum in the right direction. The worst habits result in inertia in the wrong direction.
I'm building good habits from now on, no exceptions.
I should also state that I must get my priorities to advance. I have been wrong to ignore completing my journal papers. This is my priority for the next two weeks as I work to start and finish the Forbes stories this month.
