Day #35: Quarantine Regiment
As I've talked about before, the quarantine is a wonderful opportunity to discipline myself towards achieving my goals.
Here's my plan going forward:
Go to bed at 9 pm every single night, no exceptions. Rebuild my sleep schedule.
Wake up at 5:30 am every morning.
Perform various bodyweight exercises (pushups, curl-ups, planks, etc.). Build core strength.
Cook and clean for the week every single Sunday.
Stay on top of daily vlogging and blogging. (As of this post I'm two days behind.)
Do my best to keep my living expenses under $600/month.
Schedule in daily coding practice for the next six months.
There's more once to add here, but the point is to use this time productively while minimizing my risk of contracting coronavirus and/or spreading it to others.
