Day 4: Nothing Worth A Lack Of Sleep
Weighed in at 163 lbs today. (164 at first, but quickly got the water weight out of my system *wink wink*)
As said in the title, there's no good substitute for sleep. Doesn't matter if there's a high priority item that has to be taken care of; sleep comes first.
I had a wonderful day, despite being tired. I haven't felt this good in such a long time.
Nothing special happened today either, which makes feeling good even more meaningful.
I want to enjoy my days more, that's all.
