Day 41: Schedule And Sleep
Remember the 'block schedule' in middle and high school?
During each period of the day, you would be in a specific class for one to two hours. After that period comes to an end, you move on to the next one (unless lunch or PE is next).
Many people say that they don't know how they stayed awake during an eight-hour school day.
I am one of them. However, if you're trying to learn multiple subjects at once, having a block schedule is a pretty useful method of organization.
I realize I need one of those if I'm going to learn coding, business, and continue to keep up with writing all at the same time.
Rough-draft "ideal" block schedule:
Fitness (6 AM)
Coding Lesson #1
Work (7 AM - 2 PM)
Coding Lesson #2
Bedtime (10 PM)
It's a start!
