Day 55: I Feel Like A New Man
Why? What could have possibly changed between today and yesterday?
I got 9+ hours of sleep.
Yes, you read that right. Nine - which is more than eight - hours of sleep.
My head isn't pounding from sleep deprivation. I feel way more focused and generally alert.
I should get more sleep! Which I will - one thing I've always screwed up is that every time I get a good night's sleep, I always stay up late the next night, thus ending the streak of consecutive nights of proper sleep before it even begins.
I've done this so many times that I have to call myself out on it, as a reminder that tonight, I should go to bed even earlier.
I'm telling you all - once I fix my sleep, it's over for you hoes haha.
