Day 7: Stuck In A Time Loop
I've come to the tough realization that I can't make substantial progress in anything until I get my sleep fixed.
I went to the doctor today and instead of being prescribed medicine, she heavily recommended that I get my habits altered so I can sleep well.
No more writing late at night. No more vlogs/blogs in the evening past 10 PM.
I just need to spend as much time as I need getting my sleep right so I have the energy to accomplish everything I'd like to do.
