Went To The Gym Twice Today
I went to the gym twice today.
The first time, I only focused on cardio. I used a specialized elliptical machine called a stairclimber for 10 minutes. Then I ran on the treadmill for five.
The second time was after working a 10-hour day. I used the elliptical for 10 minutes again, then did dumbbell weights. 5x10x10 dumbbell curls and bench presses, with 5x5 overhead presses.
I wanted to end the day with more cardio, but I got back too late after running errands.
I'm hoping to get to 3x a day in the gym on days I weightlift, and at least 2x a day with a focus on bodyweight exercises to build stability and core strength.
